Gordon Pullan, assistant vice president and head of MassMutual's Retirement Services Call Center, accepted the award on behalf of MassMutual at the IQPC's 11th Annual Call Center Excellence Awards held in June in Las Vegas.
The Call Center Excellence Awards were established by the International Quality and Productivity Center to recognize and promote the most innovative solutions and best practices in the call center industry. MassMutual is the first recipient of the award for "Best Job Creating a Culture That Inspires World-Class Excellence," a new category this year.
