MassMutual Announces Stefano Martini's Promotion To Senior Vice President
SPRINGFIELD, Mass., April 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) announced today that Stefano Martini has been promoted to Senior Vice President.
Mr. Martini is currently responsible for completing the full integration of MassMutual's retirement business following the company's Jan. 1, 2013 acquisition of The Hartford Retirement Plans business. In this role, Mr. Martini has led MassMutual's efforts to build the infrastructure and processes necessary to support the acquisition, modify and enhance all technology and business services, and position MassMutual's combined retirement business for continued success.
Mr. Martini joined MassMutual in 1997. During his tenure, he has led technology functions that provided solution delivery services to MassMutual's business and corporate units and subsidiaries as well as procurement and expense management functions.
Mr. Martini will rejoin MassMutual's technology organization upon completion of the retirement business integration later this year. In his new role, Mr. Martini will assume accountability for application delivery capabilities supporting MassMutual's insurance business.

Mr. Martini recently earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Suffield, CT.
