"Since I first entered the managed care industry in 1995, I've seen the advent of PPO services and the impact it's had on our clients over the past 15 years. As medical costs continue to trend upward, having a clear strategy to manage utilization of durable medical equipment, Home Health and Transportation and Translation services can have a significant impact in controlling total spend. It is clear to me that MSC's national provider network, client savings and the adjuster efficiencies gained from our technology investments are in direct response to our customers needs. It's an exciting time to be joining MSC, with significant resources being set against industry leading program development. I am energized by the opportunities this brings to drive new business," said Ovens.
