Martin Introduces New Residential California Garage Door
SALT LAKE CITY, June 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Martin Garage Doors is introducing a new long life, lower priced, garage door known as the California Door.
The new model garage door is made of high-tensile steel and includes many of Martin's essential quality and child safety features. It is available in six designs: grooved panel, ribbed, short panel, long panel and mixed panel, and also in flush.
The California Door is available in both 24 and 26 gauge steel. The 24 gauge door comes in adobe stone, dark brown, desert taupe, white mist and light almond while the 26 gauge comes in two colors.
The new door features a low-profile hinge to provide finger protection between the door section joints and also includes hot-dipped galvanized steel sections with a baked-on enamel finish. It also comes standard with Martin's aircraft grade lift cables, which feature a self-adjusting curl with a loop thimble that keeps the cable from coming off the drum easily to provide less maintenance and garage door repair for the homeowner.
Martin's anti-falling door feature (Controlled Descent Device), windows, insulation, powder coat paint in over 70 finishes, and sealed ball bearing roller with RollerShield™ are all available on the California Door at an extra cost.
"For those customers focused on price, the California Door is a good value," Michael Martin, director of Advertising for Martin Garage Doors, says.
Martin's reputation for quality is well established.
"Martin's worst is better than anybody else's best," Dave Nelson, owner of Advantage Garage Doors, said of the company's quality.
Besides high quality overhead type garage doors in steel, Martin also makes copper garage doors, glass garage doors, commercial doors and a full line of garage door openers for your home at the best prices.
Martin Garage Doors are built in the United States.
