Martha (Marty) F. Shean is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional

SPECULATOR, N.Y., May 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Martha (Marty) F. Shean is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Library Services. Marty is the Children's Director and Librarian at Lake Pleasant Library.

Offering a wide spectrum of services for members of the community, Lake Pleasant Library provides local families and children with educational and reading services to increase literacy and overall community togetherness.

With her expertise in K-6 music education, computer education and children's library programs, Marty is an integral asset to the library. When she is not working at the library, Marty holds a second position as an ambulance driver.

Recognized as a VIP Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women, she enjoys cruising, reading and spending time with her rescue dog.

Throughout the course of her education and training, Marty received her Master's degree in Music with an emphasis in Clarinet and Piano from Colgate University. She also holds a BS in Music Education from SUNY-Fredonia.
