MILWAUKEE, Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Marshall & Swift/Boeckh ("MSB"), the leading worldwide provider of building cost data and estimating technology to the property insurance industry announces today that it has launched an expansion of its InterChange™ pre-fill property characteristic database to now include Condominium/Co-Op, Townhouse and Multi-Family properties.
InterChange is an address-specific database of scored and scrubbed home characteristic property profiles for over 60 million homes nationwide. It delivers value by streamlining property insurance workflows, enhancing renewal and underwriting processes and augmenting analytic studies.
With this expansion of the Interchange database, pre-fill data for a broader spectrum of properties will now be available for carriers, allowing them to expand their use of pre-fill data and enhance the management of their books of business.
