MILWAUKEE, Wis., March 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI) (M&I) today announced that the Corporation's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 10 a.m. (Central Daylight Time) at the Cooley Auditorium, located on the Milwaukee Area Technical College campus, 1015 North 6th Street, second floor, Milwaukee, Wis.
