Marshall & Ilsley Corporation Announces Dividend on Senior Preferred Stock, Series B
MILWAUKEE, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (NYSE: MI) (M&I) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $21,437,500 in the aggregate on its Senior Preferred Stock, Series B. The Senior Preferred Stock, Series B was purchased from M&I by the U.S. Treasury as part of the U.S. Treasury's Capital Purchase Program and is payable on August 16, 2010, to the shareholder of record at the close of business on July 30, 2010.
