Announces a New Common Stock Repurchase Program
CHICAGO, Jan. 30, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Marquette National Corporation (OTCQX: MNAT) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend will be payable on April 3, 2023 to shareholders of record on March 17, 2023. As of December 31, 2022, Marquette had 4,355,375 shares issued and outstanding.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to $1,000,000 of its outstanding common stock at prevailing market prices through open market or negotiated transactions. The repurchase program is authorized to last through December 31, 2023.
