Marketron Focuses on Customer With Company Realignment
Susie Hedrick elevated to SVP, Sales and Business Development; Jeff London to focus exclusively on the customer experience as SVP, Client Services
HAILEY, Idaho, May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Marketron, the leading provider of software solutions and services for the media industry, today announced a reorganization of its leadership team to better serve and support its customers and partners. The changes include two promotions and the creation of two new senior leadership roles to facilitate customer responsiveness and accountability at all levels of the company.

Updates to Senior Management Team
Promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development from her previous role as Vice President of Business Development, Susie Hedrick will leverage her 14 years of experience with Marketron and oversee all sales and business development functions. Hedrick will report directly to Haley. Eric Treworgy will remain as Vice President of Sales, handling major accounts and east coast territory, and will report to Hedrick. In addition the company will add a Vice President, International post to serve its growing global client base.
Also reporting to Haley, Jeff London, a 10 year veteran of the company and former Senior Vice President of Marketing, will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Client Services, solely responsible for managing support and implementation services. Cory Wolfley, Vice President of IT and Support Services, and Miles Pietsch, Director of Implementations and Training, remain in their roles and report to London.
Remaining in their current positions and reporting directly to Haley are Tony Gaughan, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Products, Martin Kristiseter, Vice President of Mobile Solutions, and Walt Denekas, Chief Financial Officer. In addition to the CEO direct reports in Technology, Sales, and Customer Service, Marketron will develop an as-yet unfilled senior Product Management position reporting directly to Haley.
