Zezima brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of transactional and intellectual property, corporate governance, securities, compliance and employment, mergers and acquisitions, and global operations. Zezima joins the company from Electronic Arts Inc., where, as vice president and deputy general counsel, she oversaw all areas of legal support for the company's interactive, mobile/social game development and publishing businesses.
Holmes will further develop and expand the company's comprehensive services, enabling Marketo customers to quickly take their Revenue Performance Management practices to the next level. With more than 15 years in software presales and professional services, Holmes brings deep expertise in creating and delivering the programs required to meet the demands of a fast-growing customer base. Before joining Marketo, Holmes was vice president of worldwide consulting at Omniture, acquired by Adobe Systems.
