Markel American Insurance Company Assists Brides and Grooms Impacted by Hurricane Irene

WAUKESHA, Wis., Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The recent hurricane in the eastern United States not only disrupted business and daily life for many, but in some cases forced couples to either postpone or cancel their wedding. This cancellation may have resulted in the loss of non-refundable deposits for services associated with the wedding. Fortunately for Markel American Insurance Company Event Insurance customers, their lost deposits were covered under their Wedding Cancellation Insurance policy.
