Mark Wilson Joins Taylor Rafferty's Leadership Team

NEW YORK and LONDON, Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Rafferty, (www.taylor-rafferty.com) the world's leading cross border investor relations agency, today announced the appointment of Mark Wilson as Managing Director, based in the firm's London office. 

Mark was previously with Bank of New York and BNY Mellon for 33 years, having graduated from The London School of Economics in 1980.  During his career at BNY Mellon, Mark  gained extensive experience in the international capital markets, having spent over 20 years in the Bank's Depositary Receipts (DR) Division and more recently in the Corporate Trust Division.  Additionally, as the London-based Managing Director responsible for the Bank's DR business development and issuer relationship management in the UK and key European markets, Mark lead the team that successfully developed The Bank of New York's pre-eminent market position in the depositary receipts business.
