Richard Vacaflores hired as new Vice President of Product Management

Rangell as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Rangell will be in charge of Sandata's day-to-day operations and will report directly to Sandata's CEO. He is responsible for developing and implementing Sandata's operational strategy and managing the business's recent rapid growth.

Mr. Rangell has over two decades of leadership in the growth and management of healthcare and information technology companies, with experience spanning all phases of business maturity from startup operations through established business units. Prior to joining Sandata, Mr. Rangell served as interim COO for SpineMatrix, Inc., a venture backed medical diagnostics company; CEO of Cachet Solutions, LLC, developer of a Web-based receivables management solution for acceleration of working capital; and EVP and co-founder of Quovadx, Inc., a leading provider of software and services for enterprise application integration, claims processing, quality management and analytics to worldwide customers across the healthcare continuum. Mr. Rangell has also held senior positions in marketing and product management with Thomson Healthcare, Novartis and IBM. Mr. Rangell received his B.S. degree in Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University and his M.S. degree in Marketing and Corporate Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
