Edgren, PE accepted the position as VP of Dallas/Fort Worth Region Development Services.  Edgren, a leading consultant to the DFW development community for the past 25 years, possesses an extensive knowledge of land development projects.  Edgren's experience includes 10 years as Manager of Engineering and Construction for two of DFW's premier developers, Hillwood Communities and Wynne/Jackson.  This knowledge allows Edgren to bring significant expertise to each project, including:  development of budgets and schedules, land/site due diligence and analysis, large scale master-planning, municipal utility district management, construction management, single family/multi-family land development, commercial/retail site design, along with contract negotiation and administration.

Edgren has also managed the planning, design and/or construction of numerous highly acclaimed master-planned communities in the North Texas region including:  Stonebridge Ranch (a 6,250 acre mixed use, master planned development in McKinney); Starwood (Frisco); The Tribute (The Colony); Heartland (Kaufman County); Grand Peninsula (Grand Prairie); Winding Creek (McKinney); Castlewood (Highland Village) and Country Lakes (Denton).
