Mark Preng Joins Dennard - Lascar Associates

HOUSTON, Oct. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Dennard - Lascar Associates, LLC, a leading provider of advanced investor relations counsel and innovative analytical services, today announced that Mark Preng has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in its Houston office. He will be responsible for new business development and expanding client relationships.

Preng joins Dennard - Lascar from Gulf Bend Resources, LLC, a private exploration and production company, where he managed business development, finance, and capital market relationships. Prior to Gulf Bend, Mark Preng served as an executive search consultant for Preng & Associates, specializing in financial opportunities within the energy sector. He began his career on Wall Street, ultimately building and managing a trading floor for a large equity trading firm.

He is an executive board member for Sugar Land Little League and a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
