Mr. McMonagle has more than 14 years of experience in the information technology field.  He is the Vice President, Solutions Engineer Operations, of Precision Software, a Wholly Owned subsidiary of QAD, Inc., a company that develops industry-leading, global transportation, trade compliance, parcel and desktop shipping software solutions.  He is responsible for a pre-sales group that defines business requirements, identifies gaps and consults to deliver integrated global logistics solutions with strong 'return on investment'.  He also oversees the global education division.  In addition to working with Fortune 500 and larger companies on a global scale, Mr. McMonagle specializes in supply chain, transportation and global trade management software development, practices, processes and technology, across a wide variety of platforms.  Mr. McMonagle has a particular interest in 'international trade finance', 'supply chain sustainability' and 'risk management'.  Mr. McMonagle received a B.S. Degree in Software Engineering from Griffith College, in 1997.  He has developed his knowledge of technology solutions and 'best practices' for global logistics and the supply chain industry while working in various roles spanning consulting, regional services team leadership, product management and software pre-sales.  His vast experience of business processes across different global regions defines his effective communications with management and technology groups.  He is a member of the Irish Exporters Association and the Institute of Export, UK.  Mr. McMonagle currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, where he enjoys rugby, golf, paintball and mountain biking.
