Mark Marten Joins Mazars USA's Healthcare Consulting Group

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mazars USA LLP, a leading accounting, tax, and consulting firm, today announced Mark Marten, Principal, joined its national Healthcare Consulting Group. Mark has a decades-long record of improving results and developing effective strategies for healthcare organizations.

Mark's more than 25 years of working in senior leadership roles with Health Plans, IPAs and MSOs, led to increased revenues and enhanced operational efficiencies that created value and built success. His operational experience in Managed Care helped his clients in several areas, including start-ups and the integration of companies through mergers and acquisitions.

Mark will be located in the firm's Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Mazars USA, Mark was COO of a large, integrated delivery system in California, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and operations for multiple IPAs and over 250,000 managed care lives. He also oversaw the integration between the Hospitals, IPAs and the MSO. Mark also held roles in new market expansion and worked with local Health Plans, Hospitals and IPAs to develop Managed Care strategies and alternatives for new markets in Texas, Rhode Island, Arizona, Washington, New York and New Jersey.

Mark received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degree from National University of San Diego.
