Mr. Olson was most recently an independent strategy consultant with 25 years of experience serving the healthcare industry. At DRG, he will be responsible for bringing together the various professional services brands within DRG (Abacus International, DRG Consulting, Millennium Research Group Consulting, PharmaStrat and Pinsonault Training) to create a cohesive services division that healthcare clients can benefit from holistically. Mr. Olson will report directly to Jim Lang, CEO, DRG.

Background on Mark Luck Olson
Directly before he was consulting independently, Mr. Olson co-founded ChapterHouse, LLC, a leading boutique consulting firm serving the U.S. health services sector (payers, providers, and services companies) on matters of company strategy, market growth and medical cost/quality. ChapterHouse was sold to Oliver Wyman in 2008, at which time Mr. Olson became a Partner in Oliver Wyman's Health and Life Sciences practice.
Prior to ChapterHouse, Mr. Olson spent eight years at Baxter Healthcare, a leading global medical device and technology company, first working on national strategy assignments for Baxter in Europe and the Far East, later as CIO for Baxter's $2 billion global biotechnology business.
Mr. Olson is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received both his undergraduate degree and MBA from MIT.
