PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Group, a leading global provider of energy efficiency services to homes and businesses, is proud to announce that Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) has awarded the Company a $1.7M contract under the Enhanced Low Income Retrofits Program. Under the three year contract, Mark Group will deliver energy efficiency upgrades to a projected 750 low-income customers in Philadelphia.

PGW's Enhanced Low Income Retrofits Program is an expansion of PGW's previous Conservation Works Program, which had provided residential retrofits to PGW's low-income customers for over 20 years. The new, enhanced program is designed to provide cost-effective weatherization treatments to reduce the average household's energy usage by 20 percent.
