His expertise includes eminent domain litigation, land use, zoning, mediation, noise regulation, billboard regulation, and governmental and administrative law and mediation. He has represented numerous private property owners against various condemning authorities throughout Tampa Bay and Florida, as well as property owners, various governmental entities in eminent domain and land use matters.
Mark is a multi-awarded attorney, including recognition by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Legal Elite as well as A/V Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a seasoned speaker for legal issues in both media and conferences. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in city, county and local government law. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in political science, both with honors, from the University of Florida. He then earned his J. D., graduating cum laude from the Stetson University College of Law, where he also served as Associate Editor of the Law Review.
