DALLAS, May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Avis has been named Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Encore Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Avis is a vetted real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in finance, acquisition, development, and repositioning of assets. His responsibilities include equities, transactions, development, construction, special projects and working with Encore's Board and providing operational support to the Division Presidents.
