Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline Announces Leadership Changes
HALIFAX, Nova Scotia and WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spectra Energy Corp (NYSE: SE), managing partner of Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline (Maritimes), today announced the appointment of William C. Penney as president, Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline. Penney previously served as vice president, business development, northeast transmission for Spectra Energy, and prior to that was an integral part of the initial development, construction and expansion of the Maritimes system.

Tina Faraca, currently president, Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, will be relocating to Houston, Texas, and will assume the role of vice president, strategic development, Spectra Energy. Faraca has served as president of Maritimes since 2007, and led the Phase IV project, the largest expansion of the Maritimes system.
