Highlights:

• Retail Net Revenue rose 7.6%;
• Sax Revenue increased 65,2%;
• Relaunch of Marisa Card increased 3.8 pp in penetration of Private Label in total sales;
• 18 new stores openings in 4Q13 and 39 in 2013;
• Levels of default and roll over under control and at lowest recent levels;
