Mario Maltese, CTS-D, CTS-I, Wins InfoComm's Fred Dixon Service in Education Award
LAS VEGAS, June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoComm International®, the leading professional audiovisual trade association, presented the Fred Dixon Service in Education Award to Mario Maltese, CTS-D, CTS-I, CEO of Audio Visual Resources, Inc. The award was presented at InfoComm 2010, the world's largest professional audiovisual and information communications trade show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, June 5-11, 2010.
Mario Maltese, CTS-D, CTS-I, has been in the industry for more than 38 years, with extensive experience in AV systems design and installation, as well as the leadership and management of the engineered systems integration business. Awarded InfoComm's "Educator of the Year 2004-2005", Maltese holds an MEE in Electrophysics and a BEE in Microwave Engineering. He is a Senior Faculty member at InfoComm Academy and the author of AV 9000: Defining Quality in Engineered Audio Visual Systems.
