Marie Presti, M.B.A., CRS is recognized by Continental Who's Who

NEWTON, Mass., June 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Marie Presti, M.B.A., CRS, is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in recognition of her contributions to the Real Estate field.

Presti is the Broker/Owner of the The Presti Realty Group, in Newton, Mass. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the field, previously holding positions at Realty Executive Esteemed Properties; Atlantic & Pacific Realty; Karp, Lieberman & Kern; and Sotheby's International Realty.

Individually, Presti opened her independent firm in 2016 and focuses on the residential real estate market, although she handles commercial transactions as well. She is "green" Certified and holds many other designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and Certified Negotiation Specialist, to name a few. She is particularly resourceful to first time home buyers and "empty nesters," and shares extensive knowledge as an educator with Newton Community Education. (Presti has taught more than 100 Real Estate courses over the past 10 years.)

To further her personal and professional development, Presti is a board member of the National Association of Realtors; chairwoman of the Realtors Mediation Committee, and President-elect and treasurer of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She is also active through community groups such as the Newton Rotary Club, where she was formerly President; also the Newton Free Library, the Boston Food Bank, and Newton at Home. She is renowned for her cooking, especially Italian food. When not working or volunteering, Presti enjoys spending her time with family, traveling and cooking.
