MILWAUKEE, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Marcus Theatres®, a division of The Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS), announced today that it is adding comfortable DreamLounger℠ recliner seating to all 10 auditoriums at Cedar Creek Cinema, located at 10101 Market Street in Rothschild, Wisconsin. Construction is scheduled to begin early this summer.
DreamLounger recliners have become one of the company's most talked-about amenities as these seats provide guests maximum comfort and double the legroom between rows. Following the renovation, Cedar Creek moviegoers will be able to go to any auditorium in the building and with the touch of a button go from a seated, upright position to a full recline. In addition to the recliner seating, new carpet, lighting and screens – in some cases larger screens – will be added to each auditorium. Once fully renovated, guests will be able to select and reserve their seats in advance for a convenient, stress-free experience.
"Marcus Theatres is committed to bringing the latest amenities in moviegoing to its Cedar Creek Cinema guests," said Rolando Rodriguez, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Marcus Theatres. "DreamLounger recliners are incredibly popular. In fact, approximately half of our company-owned, first-run screens feature the DreamLounger seating – and that number is growing. We look forward to hearing the reaction of the community as we make this investment to Cedar Creek Cinema."
