TORONTO, April 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - On Thursday, May 6, 2010, Manulife Financial will webcast its joint Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Manulife Financial Corporation and Annual and Special Meeting of Policyholders and the Shareholder of The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company. Later that day, Manulife Financial Corporation will webcast its first quarter 2010 Financial Results Conference Call.

Manulife Financial's Annual and Special Meeting will be held at the Company's Head Office, 200 Bloor Street East, Toronto, Ontario on Thursday, May 6, 2010, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (ET).
