Mantra Commences Process for Listing on the CNSX
SEATTLE, Sept. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mantra Venture Group Ltd. ('Mantra') (OTCBB: MVTG) (FRANKFURT: 5MV) ("Mantra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has begun the process of applying for approval for trading its common shares on the Canadian National Stock Exchange better known as the CNSX.
The Company has retained Richard Smith to facilitate the listing application process. Mr. Smith brings over 15 years experience with public markets specializing in listing and co-listing companies on stock exchanges all over the world. From 2007 to 2009 he held the position of Listing Manager for Western Canada for the CNSX. He is currently the Managing Director of Wingrave Capital Corp., a venture capital firm based in Vancouver, Canada.
Mr. Larry Kristof, President and CEO, states, "Mantra is looking forward to listing on the CNSX.
