Manning & Napier, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend
FAIRPORT, N.Y., April 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Manning & Napier, Inc. (NYSE: MN), ("Manning & Napier" or "the Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about August 1, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 15, 2016. The dividend marks the eighteenth quarterly dividend since the Company's Initial Public Offering conducted in November 2011.
