Managing Director Selected as Delegate to President Obama's Summit on Entrepreneurship
WASHINGTON, April 27 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ImagineNations Group Managing Director Alan H. Fleischmann has been selected as a delegate to President Obama's Summit on Entrepreneurship, held in Washington, D.C., on April 26 and 27.
The Summit follows through on President Obama's commitment to identify how the U.S. can deepen ties between business leaders, foundations and social entrepreneurs in the United States and Muslim communities around the world. It represents an opportunity to highlight and support business and social entrepreneurship in Muslim-majority countries, including their minority populations, and Muslim communities around the world.
Rick Little, president and CEO of ImagineNations and CEO of Silatech, has been selected to represent Silatech as a delegate at the Summit. Additionally, ImagineNations Board Member Nada Al-Nashif is representing the International Labour Organization as a delegate.
More than 250 entrepreneurs, educators and investors from 50 countries are participating in the two-day Summit, which will be live-streamed around the world. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Obama are scheduled to address the participants.
Through this Summit, the United States seeks both to join existing efforts and inspire new efforts to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in Muslim-majority countries and Muslim communities around the world.
