BOCA RATON, Fla., Oct. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Gideon Taylor, CEO and Director of Genesis Group Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:GGHO) ("GGHO" or the "Company"), recently filed an SEC Form 4, informing stockholders of changes in beneficial ownership in his holdings of Company stock.
