The Education and Training Support Services BPA, managed by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), enables Management Concepts to provide services in the following functional areas:

• Program Management and Staff Support
• Curriculum Development

All Department of the Navy and Marine Corps and Department of Defense (DoD) cardholders and Contracting Officers may use this BPA in accordance with their delegated purchase authority.
