Management Concepts Awarded Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Contract

TYSONS CORNER, Va., May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Management Concepts Inc., the nation's premier provider of professional development, performance improvement, and human capital solutions for the public sector, today announced it has been awarded a Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract to provide human capital and training solutions to the Federal government.

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA) formed a new partnership to jointly award and administer this new strategically sourced contract vehicle providing customized training and development services, customized human capital strategy services, and customized organizational performance improvement services to all Federal agencies. Through the HCaTS contract vehicle, Management Concepts will be able to assist Federal agencies with:

2. Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of critical business processes
3. Providing optimal professional development opportunities to the Federal workforce
