The new offerings extend MAM's existing e-commerce portfolio into the servicing and repair sector of the automotive aftermarket. The first is a new online booking solution, that is designed to be integrated into a workshop's website, and allows motorists to book vehicle inspections (MOTs) online. It is available as a plug-in for existing websites, or as a part of MAM's second new offering - a B2C website and online marketing solution. Offered in partnership with leading UK provider garage-services.co.uk, the new website package enables auto repair shops to establish an online presence and develop an effective means of attracting new customers.
Both solutions integrate with MAM's existing Autowork Online shop management system, further extending the functionality of the cloud-based solution.
