BETHESDA, Md., June 29, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- SANS Institute, the global leader in information security training, today announced malware expert, Jake Williams (@MalwareJake) will deliver the keynote address at SANS Chicago 2016 taking place August 22-27. Williams will provide an analysis of destructive cyber attacks and offer insight into how organizations can mitigate them.

Destructive cyber attacks require new defensive and investigative techniques. Join me at SANS Chicago where I will cover potential motivations, warning signs, and trend analysis of destructive cyber attacks. I'll also share how to identify the signs of a destructive attack in an environment and mitigate damage."
In addition to his keynote address, Williams will co-teach SANS' new FOR578: Cyber Threat Intelligence course which teaches individuals and teams to detect, scope, and select resilient courses of action in response to such intrusions and data breaches.
