Mallard Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $110 Million Initial Public Offering
NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Mallard Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: MACUU, the "Company") announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 11,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") and trade under the ticker symbol "MACUU" beginning today. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one redeemable warrant to purchase one half share of common stock at $11.50 per whole share. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NASDAQ under the symbols "MACU" and "MACUW" respectively.
The offering is expected to close on October 29, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
Chardan acted as sole book running manager in the offering.
