Makeable Welcomes Additional Talent To Senior Leadership Team
NYC Digital Innovation Company Adds Two Leaders and Makers to Meet Growing Business Needs
NEW YORK, Sept. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Makeable, leading independent business, product and brand innovation company, has brought on two new senior staffers to add firepower and bench strength to their existing Senior Leadership Team. Joining Makeable are Brent Pruner as Experience Director, and Emily Khalil as Project Management Director. Both will report to Founders Michael Kantrow and Tom Ajello. Pruner and Khalil will add expertise, bandwidth and oversight to two key areas of the company, all in support of the company's overall goal: Makeable Innovation.
"Both Brent and Emily have deep experience in a wide range of industries with top-tier clients, and are best in class talent in their areas of expertise. We worked our tails off to get them here to help us meet our growing needs," said Michael Kantrow, Co-Founder of Makeable. Added Co-Founder, Tom Ajello, "As importantly, we're confident they not only fit into but can help grow a culture that's driven by a Don't Give Up attitude and reality."
With two decades of digital experience for Fortune 500 brands, Pruner brings a consumer-centered approach and strategic expertise in Experience Design. Having worked across all key industries including automotive, technology, CPG and B2B, as Experience Director, he will lead the development of insights, strategy, ideas and experience design, as well as Makeable's experience design team.
In addition to Pruner and with a strong background in process, management and collaboration on both the agency and client side, Khalil brings leadership to the company's project management and product delivery team. As Project Management Director, she will lead the development, production and realization of ideas, concepts, products and experiences, as well as Makeable's project management team.
"I've always admired Makeable for their creativity, variety of clients and portfolio," said Pruner. "After working with the company on a couple of diverse projects, it just seemed like a perfect fit given Makeable's business trajectory. I'm thrilled to be part of a team that's so driven to make innovation real."
"Makeable's creativity and culture are palpable. They really do make what they imagine," added Khalil. "For me, helping the team scale our process and delivery operations while ensuring we continue to liberate creativity is what made this choice the right one at this point in my career."
