Specialists - Specialists take on the responsibility for organising and delivering a particular area/activity for the campers. If you have participated in or played in your area and/or are qualified to coach your activity, then a specialist role would be well suited to you.
Support Staff - If you prefer to take more of a back seat role, then why not become a member of the support staff? From preparing the food and paying the wages to ensuring that the laundry is done and the grounds are kept looking beautiful, no two days are ever the same.
