Auction for never-before listed Yonkers site is amazing opportunity for developers
NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Paramount Realty USA, New York's leading auction company, announced that it has been hired by a private developer to auction a partially improved development site located on the Scarsdale/Yonkers border at 39 Morrow Avenue in Yonkers, NY. Purchased for over $5 million and appraised at about $6.7 million, the property is guaranteed to sell at or above a minimum bid of $1.9 million at the impending auction.
