Major Leadership Additions in StrategyOne, D.C. Office
WASHINGTON, July 24, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On the heels of their recent addition to the Honomichl Top 50 Report and Inside Research's list of fastest-growing market research companies, with 141.3 percent growth over the last five years, StrategyOne made significant leadership additions to its Washington, D.C. operations this week.
StrategyOne, Edelman's insights and analytics subsidiary, has named Peter Ventimiglia as Executive Vice President and geography lead for Washington, D.C. Ventimiglia will be leading a growing StrategyOne Insights group as well as managing an analytics team that provides measurement, digital research and media monitoring.
Ventimiglia comes from Hill+Knowlton Strategies where he served as the company's U.S. Director of Primary Research+Data Insights and as President of Public Strategies Research. He bolsters a growing public policy and corporate reputation practice for StrategyOne.
"Peter brings more than 15 years of experience as an advisor to both political candidates and major corporations to StrategyOne," said Steve Lombardo, StrategyOne Global CEO. "He will add valuable experiences and brainpower to our group in D.C. and will be a great fit with our leadership team."
Ventimiglia has a master's degree in public policy from Georgetown University, where his graduate work focused on public opinion and survey research. He also holds an undergraduate degree in history from Dartmouth College.
"I am excited to be joining a terrific StrategyOne team in DC," said Ventimiglia. "I look forward to both deepening relationships with existing clients and collaborating to bring new engagements to an already robust client roster."
In addition to Ventimiglia, Barbara Coons will be StrategyOne's new deputy geography lead for Washington D.C., serving as the Head of Operations. Coons, who has been with StrategyOne for nearly a decade, serves several large clients for StrategyOne including Chevron, Visa and Boeing and heads the measurement and analytics practice in Washington.
