Mainstreet Creates Operating Company; Hires Industry Leader as New President
INDIANAPOLIS, March 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Mainstreet, the nation's largest and most innovative developer of short-stay, rehabilitation facilities, announced the launch of a new operating company to further revolutionize the industry and transform the patient experience.
David Stordy, an accomplished health care executive and leader, has been named president of Mainstreet's new operating company.

Mainstreet's developments under construction in Bloomington and Carmel, Indiana will be the first that will be run by Mainstreet's operating company.
Stordy, Mainstreet's new operating company president, is a health care industry veteran. He has served as the President of Golden LivingCenters, which has more than 300 properties in 21 states with annual revenues in excess of $2.0 billion. Prior to joining Golden Living, David has successfully functioned in prominent operations leadership positions including serving as a Senior Vice President of Operations for SunBridge Healthcare and Kindred Healthcare.
