DALLAS, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Main Event Entertainment, the fastest-growing bowling-anchored entertainment center in America, announces the appointment of Chandra McCormack to the position of chief financial officer. An experienced senior executive with both publicly held and private organizations, McCormack will provide strategic direction and maintain financial excellence to support the company's expansion.

Main Event Entertainment, the pioneer in bowling-anchored family entertainment, opened six new centers in the past six months and plans to open eight additional locations nationwide by June 2016. Centers range from 48,000 to 75,000 square feet, and feature state-of-the-art bowling lanes, multi-level laser tag arenas, gravity ropes courses, billiards and game rooms with more than 100 interactive and virtual games, along with chef-inspired dining and private rooms for events, parties and meetings.
Prior to joining Main Event, McCormack served as chief financial officer, treasurer and vice president of administration for Niagara Conservation, where she directed key infrastructure decisions to facilitate the company's growth.
With an extensive background in finance and accounting, her previous experience includes roles as chief financial officer for Advanced Beauty Inc., vice president of finance at Dean Foods Company, senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting and assistant vice president at Bank of the West.
McCormack, who is a certified public accountant, holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
