Maikhao Dream Hotels & Resorts Welcomes Hong Kong Travel Agents to Familiarization Trip, "Fly & Drive"

PHUKET, Thailand, May 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On 23 May 2011, Maikhao Dream Hotels & Resorts welcomed a group of Hong Kong travel agents, on a familiarization trip to Phuket for the latest "Fly & Drive" concept.

This "Fly & Drive" familiarization trip was organized by in cooperation and sponsorship with Tourism Authority of Thailand (Hong Kong Office), Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, Hertz and Maikhao Dream Hotels & Resorts, to promote Phuket and Phang Nga as popular and suitable destinations for self-drive options.

Our Hong Kong guests enjoyed their first night stay in luxuriously large five thousand square feet pool villas hosted by Maikhao Dream Villa Resort & Spa, and were rejuvenated with Swedish and Lomi Lomi massages in Maikhao Dream Spa.  

Driving to the next resort, Maikhao Dream Resort & Spa Natai located along the Andaman Sea, was easy and fun while enjoying the beautiful sea and beach view all throughout the quick fifteen minute car journey.  Using bicycles to travel to Natai Fishing Village was the afternoon's highlight, followed by an educational tour of an organic farm where pineapples were just starting to grow.  Resort General Manager, Teera J. Nakorn hosted a sumptuous evening cocktail and dinner featuring delectable Western specialties to round off the visit and thank the Hong Kong travel agents for their support.
