Maiello Brungo & Maiello Welcomes Sharon M. Menchyk as Head of Litigation Team

PITTSBURGH, April 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Maiello Brungo & Maiello is pleased to announce the addition of Sharon M. Menchyk to its skilled team of attorneys. Sharon will serve as the Supervising Attorney for the firm's growing Litigation practice group.

Sharon has more than a decade of experience and her practice focuses on commercial matters including litigation and business counseling. Her litigation experience has covered partner and shareholder disputes, non-competition and employment agreement disputes, torts claims, discrimination claims and breach of commercial contract claims.  She has also handled a variety of real estate litigation including partition actions and disputes involving agreements of sale and leases.

Sharon is a University of Pittsburgh graduate and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Sharon is the author of Pennsylvania Secured Transactions Under Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code: Forms and Practice Manual.  She is also a founder of Women's Marketing and Education Network, Inc., an organization that provides professional women with the opportunity to learn how to effectively network in order to develop business and become leaders in the business community.
