Prior to joining Maher Advisors, Mr. Clark was Managing Director and Head of Consumer & Retail investment banking at Canaccord Genuity.  That role was preceded by similar positions in consumer investment banking at The Presidio Group, Piper Jaffray, Lehman Brothers, Thomas Weisel Partners and Montgomery Securities.  Mr. Clark specializes in mergers and acquisitions advisory work, public offerings, and private placements, and has completed over $64 billion in aggregate transaction volume during his more than 23 years in the industry.  He holds an MBA (with honors distinction) from Columbia Business School, a BA from the University of Washington, and has completed the Wine Executive Program at UC Davis.
