Magnum Announces New Powder Production Equipment for its Hudson, CO Facility
HUDSON, Colo., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR) (the "Company"), a high tech rubber solutions company, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Magnum Engineering, Inc. (MEI), has ordered custom powder production equipment and machines that will be utilized at the Company's Hudson, Colorado facility. This equipment and machinery will be used to produce ultra fine and clean rubber powders, and will also separate and clean fiber, nylon and steel from recycled tires, which the Company intends to sell into other markets. The Company anticipates that this new equipment and machinery will be shipped, installed and put into operation at the Company's Hudson, Colorado facility during the second quarter of 2010. The Company recently processed a single storage pit of scrap tires into feedstock for powder production at the Hudson facility, and has ongoing primary shredding operations.
Upon completion of the new rubber powder production line, the Company anticipates being able to produce a variety of ultra-fine rubber powders to supply the North American rubber markets. The new equipment, along with the recently announced powder production equipment that the Company anticipates will be installed at its Magog, Quebec facility during the first quarter of 2010, will help the Company and its partners offer rubber compound and end-user manufacturers low-cost compounds that can be substituted in high specification compound applications for virgin rubber raw materials.
Larry Hogan, the Company's Senior Plant Manager, commented, "The Company has been preparing diligently for the second phase of equipment installation at the Hudson, Colorado facility. We look forward to installing the new equipment and machinery, and to moving toward full production."
