MagMutual Appoints Bowdish as Regional Vice President, Florida

ATLANTA, Feb. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MagMutual Insurance Company, the Southeast's largest policyholder-owned professional liability insurer, announces Bryan Bowdish will serve as regional vice president for Florida. He will lead sales and policyholder services for the largest state in the company's footprint, and marshal resources to support independent agents in growing their book of business.

His role is part of MagMutual's focus to align sales, claims, underwriting and patient safety at a regional level as well as provide greater presence and influence within Florida's medical, legislative, legal and regulatory communities.

Prior to joining MagMutual, Bowdish served as national director of business development with Capson Physicians Insurance Company and as national sales and marketing director for NORCAL Group and Medicus Insurance Company. 

In his military career, Bowdish earned a Bronze Star for service during Operation Iraqi Freedom after rising to the rank of Captain at Ft. Hood, Texas. He earned an engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was captain of the Army football team.
