Magewell™ Announces MINI PCIe Capture Card

NANJING, China and READING, Pa., April 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Nanjing Magewell Electronics Corp. and its North and South American distribution partner Mobile Video Devices, Inc. are pleased to announce today that Magewell has started shipping the industry's best MINI PCIe capture card ideal for OEM applications.

Continually demonstrating itself as the leader in providing simplicity, ease-of-use, and high performance video ingest, Magewell has created a tiny, single-channel HDMI PCIe capture card packed with power. The XI100DME-MINI measures 3x5.1cm (approximately 1.25x2in) and utilizes the data transmission method SG-DMA. This tiny card captures video data at a transmission rate as high as 200-205 MB/S, and captures it directly to user-selected storage areas without CPU involvement, greatly reducing CPU usage. Compatible with Windows® and Linux® systems, it has on-board FPGA, directly processes YUV, and can capture up to 1920x1200@60.
