NORTHBROOK, Ill., Nov. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- M. Holland Company, a leading distributor of thermoplastic resins, today announced it has completed the acquisition of T&T Marketing, a leading distributor of polymer resins and compounds to the wire and cable market. The news comes around one month after M. Holland announced its intent to acquire the company in early October.

Holland with a leadership position in this attractive and growing niche market, along with the requisite supplier base, product portfolio, and technical expertise that are integral to success in this industry. T&T Marketing also provides a wide range of testing and applications development services at its lab in Easton, Pennsylvania. "The T&T Technical Center is a big addition to our technical resources, which we expect to bring value to our suppliers and clients in other markets," said Fern.

T&T Marketing has annual revenues of about $40 million, employs 26 people, and ships from seven strategically located warehouses in the United States and Canada. The company will operate as a stand-alone business and retain its name for at least one year before becoming a branded business unit of M. Holland. Longer term, it is M. Holland's intention to bring T&T Marketing under its unified global brand.
